Yes absolutely! Once you have ordered I will collate the figures and send you a photo via email (please remember to check your emails!) If you could take a moment just to check that you are happy with everything or let me know if you want changes.

If you would like to make any changes please let me know within 24 hours and I will resend you a photo. Please note that a failure to reply will result in your item being delayed. Once your items are ready for the next stage of their handmade journey (it being framed/packaged) you will be UNABLE to make any changes.

Once your figures have been approved your item move onto the next stage of its handmade journey and will be posted to the address you entered so it's advisable to check your address on your account.

Due to the high volume of orders received we are unable to offer gift wrapping. We can however add a personalised Gift Note if you advise us of this at the time of ordering. Each item is professionally and carefully packaged and boxed so if it is going straight to the recipient it will be well received.

We aim to get all items despatched within 5-7 days of receiving an order, with the exception of the Lego family and the Superhero family frames which will take us between 7-10 days depending on the number of minifigures you have ordered.

Please note processing times are an estimate. During our busier periods times may be longer.

If your country of residence is not on my shipping profile please feel free to contact us so we can quote delivery for you.

Once you have ordered we will start to process your order. Once your order is ready to collect we will email you to confirm your order and to arrange collection from The Mrs Crazy Creations Workshop. 

Please contact us prior to checkout if you require your item urgently and it is outside of the estimated dispatch/pickup time. There are various options at the checkout for express delivery to help aid the shipping process. 

As we have a business account and a dedicated account manager with Royal Mail we will work closely with them to rectify any delays or missing parcels although these are very minimal. Please be rest assured that although we can’t be held liable for delayed or lost items we still take full responsibility in handling the process of any claims and will work with you to resolve any problems.

All products are packaged using wholesale packaging that can withstand international and domestic posting. If any damages arise during posting then these will be rectified at no extra cost to you as the customer.

The Ltd Company (Mrs Crazy Creations) was formed in Nov 2020 making us a reputable, trustworthy and honest company to buy from. This can be seen from the number of Etsy sales and reviews.

Mrs Crazy Creations is family owned and organically grown, it’s all ran from my workshop at home!!

I personally communicate with each and every customer to provide a truly bespoke and personal shopping experience. Gifts can be sent straight to the recipient if requested and can contain a gift note.
