After ordering we will send you an image of your design to ensure it is correct and then proceed with the next stage in the handmade journey of your order. You are welcome to make any changes to your design to make sure it is 100% perfect for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of us sending the image so that your order isn't delayed.

Estimated delivery date varies depending on whereabouts you are in the World and how bespoke you order is. It typically takes 5 - 7 days to process your order but during peak times this can be substantially longer which you'll be made aware of should this be the case.
Shipping time is typically 1-2 days to the UK and 1-2 weeks to most international destinations. However, this can be longer during holiday periods and special national/international dates.
